Returns & Refunds policy

Products are exchangeable and/or returnable according to the order of the Minister of Economy dated June 29, 2001, No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items" (Official Gazette, 2001, No. 58 – 2105) approved "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items", within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:

• The product or its components must not have been used;

• The candle must not have been burned;

• The returned goods must be in the original, tidy packaging (this does not apply to returning defective goods);

• The product must not be damaged by the Buyer;

• The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (unspoiled labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.) (this does not apply when returning defective goods);

• The returned product must be of the same set as was received by the Buyer;

• When returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document;
